Product Description
Threatcop offers a suite of cybersecurity products designed to enhance organizational security through a comprehensive PSM approach, utilizing our proprietary AAPE Framework (Assess, Aware, Protect, Empower). Our product lineup includes:
- Threatcop Security Awareness Training (TSAT): A cyber-attack simulator and training platform.
- Threatcop Learning Management System (TLMS): An interactive platform for cybersecurity education.
- Threatcop DMARC (TDMARC): A tool for email authentication and domain security.
- Threatcop Phishing Incident Response (TPIR): A solution for email threat detection and response.
Use of Products
Restrictions: You shall not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Products in any way; (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon the Products; (iii) create Internet "links" to the Products or "frame" or "mirror" any content on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Products, including but not limited to software, associated documentation, and all other materials provided by Threatcop as part of the Products, are owned by Threatcop or its licensors. Your use of the Products does not grant you any ownership rights to the Products.
User Obligations
Compliance: You agree to use the Products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Threatcop provides the Products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or functionality of the Products.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Threatcop be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to the use of the Products.

Governing Law
